Before starting SmartWest AI, I spent 26 years in IT — 12 of them specifically in healthcare IT, working inside dental and oncology practices. I've seen the software your team runs every day, the compliance pressures you navigate, and the operational gaps that drain your staff's time and energy.

I started SmartWest AI because I kept watching independent dental practices struggle with problems that had clear, safe, affordable AI solutions — and no one was offering those solutions with the healthcare background they actually require.
